Community Response Fund

This fund accepts donations to help families affected by the I-5 accident on April 10th, 2014. At least nine people died after a bus carrying Los Angeles-area high school students planning to tour Humboldt State University was struck head-on by a FedEx truck.

At the North Valley Community Foundation, our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, families, friends, and all those affected by this tragedy.

100% of funds collected may be used for families in need of financial support related to this tragedy; travel to the North State, hotel, food, etc.; and/or to support other charitable efforts to benefit those affected by this accident.
